Exciting progress is underway at Leland’s Landing near Rock Springs in Kingsport, Tennessee.

This new 50-acre residential development is designed as a thoughtfully planned single-family neighborhood featuring 94 future home sites across four phases over the next two years.

Current site work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, storm drainage installation, sanitary sewer, domestic water systems, and underground electric infrastructure as the vision continues to take shape.

Phases 1 and 2 are currently slated for completion in July 2026.
