We are seeking an experienced Surveyor / GPS Technician to support our land development and utility projects. This position plays a key role in keeping jobs on grade, on time, and moving efficiently in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Perform field surveying for land development and utility work
• Set up and operate GPS systems on job sites
• Support machine control operations and grading accuracy
• Troubleshoot GPS and equipment issues in real-time
• Work closely with operators and project managers to maintain production

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction surveying and GPS layout
• Strong working knowledge of Trimble and/or Topcon systems
• Ability to set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot GPS machine control
• Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Must pass a drug test
